All content on the Site and at Midicon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, is owned or licensed by Midicon, a division of LUMAA Live LLC, and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Registration for Midicon and purchasing merchandise in the Shop may require providing accurate personal and payment information. You agree to pay all applicable fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Midicon fosters a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our Community Guidelines or engages in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

By attending Midicon, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with event participation. Midicon, a division of LUMAA Live LLC, is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or other damages, except as required by law.
