About the event
A movement, not just a conference
Midlife arrives all at once. The body changing. The identity
shifting. The career plateauing. Parents aging. Marriages
ending. Children leaving. Friendships changing. Grief that has
no name and no ceremony. But alongside it: new beginnings you
don't see coming. Ambition sharpened, not spent. A voice that no
longer asks permission. Peace that becomes a requirement. And
underneath all of it, a woman who is more powerful, more
clear-eyed, and more ready than she has ever been.
MIDICON was built for her.
We're the first conference dedicated to midlife women in their
full, unfiltered complexity: not just menopause, but everything
that arrives alongside it. Health and hormones, yes. But also
divorce, empty nesting, caregiving, ageism, loss, reinvention,
and the radical freedom of finally giving zero f*cks.
We go where the conversation is ready to go. The biology your
doctor underexplained. The legal and financial chaos that hits
while you're still grieving. The diagnosis that finally makes
sense of your whole life. The rage you're not allowed to have.
The joy you've been postponing. We bring the experts, the
evidence, and the honesty. And we hold space for the things that
don't have a name.
63% of all U.S. women are in midlife right now. Women over 50
hold more than $15 trillion in purchasing power and account for
27% of all consumer spending, yet remain among the most
overlooked consumers in the market.

Finally, the full picture on your health
The biology, the hormones, the brain, the body. What's actually happening and what you can actually do about it. From the experts who will tell you the truth.
The conversations nobody else is having
The topics that have lived in group chats, therapy offices, and 2am searches. The conversations that belong on a main stage. This is that stage.
Your money, your longevity, your terms
The financial reality of living longer, earning less, and funding everyone else first. Real numbers. Real strategies. No condescension.
Every relationship, rewritten
What midlife does to the people closest to you. And what it does to you. The honest version, not the polished one.
The losses that don't have a ceremony
The losses that don't have a ceremony
The liberation you've been postponing
The part where you stop shrinking, stop apologizing, and start building the second half entirely on your own terms.
why attend
Two days that meet you where you are.
Two days of expert-led sessions that go deeper than any women's conference has gone before. Not inspiration. Not panels that end with 'it's complicated.' Real answers, real protocols, and real conversations about the parts of midlife that everyone is living but nobody is naming out loud. You come for yourself. You leave with a roadmap.
Clarity
Finally understand what is happening. To your body, your brain, your money, and your relationships. Straight answers from the experts who actually have them.
Community
A room full of women who are done pretending midlife is fine. Find the ones who get it. Because they are living it too.
Learning
Expert-led deep dives that leave you with something to act on. Not a highlight reel. A roadmap.
Confidence
Leave with tools and insights to make informed decisions for your health, your finances, your relationships and yourself.

the founder
Kedma Pognon Brown
"My mission is to ensure that women in midlife are no longer silenced, sidelined, or invisible but boldly seen, deeply supported, and joyfully celebrated."
Kedma Pognon Brown is the founder and driving force behind
MIDICONTM - the first
experience built for women navigating the full, unfiltered
reality of midlife.
With over 30 years of leadership at the intersection of
advertising, marketing, technology, and transformation, Kedma
has built her career helping big brands execute bold ideas into
cultural shifts. As a lifelong advocate for women, she uses the
power of storytelling, innovation, and advocacy to amplify
voices and dismantle outdated narratives.
MIDICON was not
born in a boardroom. It was born in the middle of her own life,
navigating perimenopause, raising children, caring for an aging
parent, grieving two sudden losses back to back, and still
showing up to lead at the highest level. She looked for a room
where all of it could be spoken out loud. It did not exist. So
she built it.
